At BRIC'S, we stand behind the quality of our Italian-crafted luggage and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused item in its original box with all protective covers and hangtags intact to ensure a full refund.

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return shipment.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days of arrival.
